Prior to founding Wesley Consulting, Erika led finance operations at a high-growth real estate technology company, where she oversaw complex financial systems, managed multi-million-dollar reconciliations, and supported investor strategy during periods of rapid expansion and contraction.

    With a sharp focus on the property management and real estate space, Erika launched Wesley Consulting to support founders, operators, and investors navigating growth, acquisition, or exit. She brings a practical, hands-on approach to advisory — whether building a roll-up strategy, preparing a company for sale, or optimizing operational and financial performance post-close.
